With a monthly production capacity exceeding 18,000 lithium energy storage units, Rongke provides strong supply capability and high production flexibility. Our modern facility features two automated battery pack production lines and currently utilizes 5,000 square meters of manufacturing space, supporting a monthly output value of 5 million USD.

The second phase of expansion, scheduled for Q2 2023, will add 5,000 square meters and double our output value to 10 million USD per month. A third phase in Q4 2023 will contribute another 5,000 square meters, enabling a total monthly output value of more than 15 million USD.

With a diversified product portfolio and strong R&D capabilities, RK New Energy provides flexible and fully customized OEM/ODM services. We continuously innovate and develop new solutions to meet the evolving demands for customized Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). 

Product safety is the foundation of everything we do. During product design, we apply multi-dimensional safety protections—including structural, electrical, and thermal redundancies—supported by scientific analysis tools such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and simulation.

We also utilize RSD’s battery life prediction system together with rigorous safety management to monitor the entire life cycle of each product. In addition, we collect, analyze, and archive all safety monitoring data to ensure that our users can rely fully on the long-term safety and performance of our products.

RK New Energy partners with top-tier lithium cell suppliers including CATL, EVE, GOTION, Great Power, and ATL to deliver world-class energy storage solutions. Leveraging our advanced battery PACK technologies and thousands of cell specifications, we provide customized battery sizes and capacities for diverse BESS applications—covering design, manufacturing, certification, sales, and service.
